Lilinoe is the younger sister of Poliahu (one of the four goddesses of snow) and the rivals of Pele here in Hawaii. Lilinoe is a beautiful goddess who’s hair is the mist in the valleys and known as “she who puts out the fire.” No wonder Pele the goddess of fire and volcanos has some issues with these girls.
